Of course everyone knows who Christian Audigier is, now he is one of the major names in the fashion world. His success with Von Dutch and his teamwork with Ed Hardy made Audigier a well-known name.
Christian Audigier clothing is not only a single clothing line, though-Audigier in fact has seven extremely successful clothing lines, Audigier is so much ambitious and innovative, and it is still possible that he creates another line. Audigier wasn't an instant celebrity in the fashion world, though. He acquired a lot of his know-how from working first with several designer jean firms. When Audigier was younger, he always wanted to be a rock-and-roll star; so, he planned for introducing a denim collection inspired by the Rolling Stones.
From there, he acquired more experience that helped him and made him more qualified to work with 'Diesel,' 'Bisou Bisou,' 'American Outfitters,' 'Fiorucci,' and 'Levi's.' However, he didn't only work at these companies; he was much valuable to them, becoming one of the chief designers at each. This is how he got the nickname of "The King of Jeans." His experience with jeans and denim is easily noticed in the top Christian Audigier clothing designs.
